Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/12/2023 from 12:55PM to 1:45PM. 5 children (11pts) were directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The physical space, assistant records, Provider/household member records, 3 children?s records, required posted documents, evacuation drills and attendance records were reviewed. Children were observed during rest time. The information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance which are noted on the Violation Notice. Based on record review, the family day home program did not have a central registry finding within 30 days of employment. Evidence: The information for Caregiver A was sent in within 30 days of employment, however, a 30 day follow up was not completed and the results were still not returned as of today.
Plan of Correction: I will contact the office for background investigations today to follow up and obtain the central registry search results.
