An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/9/26 from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. The purpose of this inspection was to measure additional space that is intended for use by children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
