Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted today, February 22, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 3:50 pm until 5:00 pm. The director was present along with the regional director. There were 14 children present, ranging in ages from four to five years, with three staff supervising. Children were observed playing with magnetic blocks, cars and other table toys. Children listened to a story while having snack. Handwashing was conducted before snack and tables cleaned and sanitized. Later children worked on an animal sticker project.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Staff records were reviewed electronically on March 6, 2024. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
