Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on January 12, 2024, from 9:40am-11:50am. At the time of entrance, ( 34 ) children were in care with (8 ) staff members present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. Children were observed engaged in group activities to include playdough, Zinga matching game and learning how to read a map by going on a scavenger hunt.. Medications were observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

4Evidence: Staff #1 date of hire 10/19/23 does not have documentation of completing orientation training. Staff #1 observed caring for children this date.
Evidence: No written playground safety procedures were available to review.
Evidence: Medication for Child #1 is outdated. Benadryl expired 8/2023, EpiPen expired 10/2023.
Evidence: Child #1 Children's allergy vials were found not in the original container and did not have directions attached.
