A monitoring inspection was initiated on August 3, 2022 and concluded on August 3, 2022. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff at the request of the licensee related to a modification request to increase in capacity. There were no children present and 1 staff present.
A in person tour of the facilities, observations of the physical plant were made and measurements of the new designated classrooms were taken. The areas under Programs were also reviewed for compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
