This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
An initial inspection was initiated and concluded on Thursday, August 5, 2021. The provider or in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The licensing inspector conducted a virtual observation of the facility's physical plant, age appropriate materials and equipment in each of the areas, programs, and special care provisions, and emergencies. Inspector reviewed 1 staff records, along with any required items and program records submitted by the facility to determine overall initial application completion. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
