This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A focused monitoring inspection was initiated on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 and concluded on Monday, January 31, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children and staff present at during this inspection as this program is currently closed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, and special care and emergencies. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
