Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/22/2024. The on-site inspection began at 3:20 pm and ended at 3:45 pm The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children or staff present. The program is not operating at this time. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
