This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the program.

An initial inspection was initiated on August 18, 2021 and concluded on August 18, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and an onsite inspection was conducted. There were zero children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.This building has one classroom and one large gym. There are 11 toilets, 6 urinals, and 10 sinks for children to use. The center does not plan to use transportation. The center will not serve snack or lunch. The center is equipped with supplies, equipment and toys. The Director records, handbook/policies and emergency plan were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
