Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider on March 2, 2023 beginning at 12:12 pm and ending at 1:15 pm. There were 8 children, ages16 months, 23 months, 2, 2, 2, 3, and 3 years old, in the care of two caregivers for a total of 20 points. The children were preparing for nap time and laying on resting cots. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were two medications on site to be reviewed. The provider does not have medication administration training (MAT) certification which is required to administer medication. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent emergency escape practice drill was documented as 03/01/2023. The most recent practice shelter-in-place drill was documented as 01/06/2022.
