Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 7, 2024, from 11:25 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. with the provider and assistant. There were six children with one residential child, ages 4 months, 11 months, 19 months, 2, 3, 3 and 4 years old, were in the care of two caregiver for a total of 19 points. The children were observed finishing lunch which consisted of chicken nuggets, vegetables, and sliced bananas and strawberries. Three children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider, staff, and one household member?s records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The provider and assistant have current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider has current Medication Administration Training certification and can administer prescription medications. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent practice emergency escape drill was documented as 2/1/2024. The most recent practice shelter-in-placed drill was documented as 1/5/2024. The most recent practice lockdown drill was documented as 1/5/2024.
