Inspector Notes
An unannounced, renewal inspection was initiated and completed on February 24, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:40 a.m. and ended at 1:35 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were eight children present and two caregivers; the point total was 23. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two caregiver records, and three household members records.
This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.).
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
