Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was initiated on July 29, 2021 and concluded on August 4, 2021. The assistant director was contacted by telephone and an in-person inspection was conducted. There were zero children present and one staff on the premises. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, programming, the licensing process, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Four board records and two agent/staff records were reviewed. Inspection and measurement of spaces used for care determined that the applicant's request of capacity for 50 children is permissible.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
