Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/1/2023 from 3:15 pm to 4:22 pm. Staff records were reviewed at the main office on 2/28/2023 from 2:24 pm to 2:40 pm. There were 21 children in care, ages 5 to 11 years of age, in two groups under the care of three staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records and two staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed having snacks, handwashing, homework, and outdoor play.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
