An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on July 29,2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (4) children present and (2) caregivers; the point total was (#10). The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (2) staff records. This inspection included
? document review (children and caregiver records, emergency drill logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations of children eating snack, handwashing and story time and
? measurements of outside play area to newly installed above ground pool measured over 45 feet away from fenced in children's play area.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
