An announced initial inspection was conducted on July 28,2021. A review of the child day center standards was conducted.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable
standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interviews the center failed to have all the required items in the first aid kit.
