Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on January 5, 2022 and concluded on January 6, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 14 children present, ranging in ages from three to six, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
