Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/17/2024 and completed on 7/17/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/16/2024 relating to allegations of administration, staff qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
