Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 08/19/2021 from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. The facility was toured and classrooms were measured for capacity. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: emergency evacuation maps and procedures, parent arrival and departure procedures, required posted information, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, one agent's background checks, and toured and reviewed outdoor play area to be used at a local park. A recommendation will be made for an initial six month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 14 children serving children ages three through five years of age. There were no violations noted during the inspection.
