An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 9/8/23 from 10:50 to 12:17 and was concluded on 9/13/2023 from 11:00-11:45.
The complaint was regarding infants being transferred to another room and issues with the transfer. After reviewing all the available facts some parts of this complaint was found valid.
The center was presented with a violation notice after the conclusion of the investigation.
The ongoing compliance with the standards is the responsibility of the licensee.

Based on evidence the center fed food to a 10 month old child that could be a choking hazard.
Evidence: On one occasion a 10 month old child was fed pieces of bagels that could be a chocking hazard.

Plan of Correction: We have discussed this with our chef and all food is being cut in small pieces for the older infant room to ensure that the children will not choke.

The center failed to have a refrigerator in the older infant room.
Evidence: Based on the observation and interview with staff, the center has a cooler bag with icepacks they use in the older infant room to store bottles and food. At the time of the inspection the temperature in the cooler bag was 56 degrees.
