An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on the same date in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 3/28/25 in regard to program.The inspector reviewed one staff record on site.
This inspection included documents review and interview with staff.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Roughly handling a child is a forbidden action.
A child was handled roughly when the child was pulled from a table, during snack, and put on the floor. Staff pulled the child from the chair by grabbing an arm and lifting the child up.
