The surface of the item is sprayed and allowed to air dry for a minimum of two minutes. Disinfectant wipes to do not meet the definition of sanitizing.
Plan of Correction: We will use a sanitizing solution that can be sprayed and allowed to stay on the tables before wiping down.

Evidence:
The licensing inspectors asked how daily attendance is documented. The director stated the children's name tags are moved to a different column on a chart located on the door of the classroom when the children arrive in the mornings. The chart was mounted on the door and could not travel where the children were located.
Plan of Correction: We will created a sign in and out chart for each classroom of children to use as a way to track attendance.
