Inspector Notes
An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted today with the Administrator from 9:40 am to 10:55 am. Forty one children were present with eight staff providing supervision. The ages of the children ranged from 2 to 5 years. The Licensing Inspector was able to observe table top activities circle time, children creating mother's day artwork and projects as well as children engaged in handwashing,
Seven staff and eight children's files were reviewed today. The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

Based on observation and interview, it was determined that there was no carbon monoxide detector in the church which is occupied by a preschool program.
Plan of Correction: I will notify the church's property team of the need to install a carbon monoxide detector in the preschool area.
