Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There were 6 children present (21 points) with 2 caregivers.
3 adult and 2 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
The first aid certification, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuations drills,
cot spacing during rest, menu and training hours are all in compliance.
The most of the children were resting quietly during the inspection. Two infants were awake and enjoying "chatting" with adults and being fed.
LI was present from 1:33PM - 2:30 PM. If you have any questions, please contact me at (703) 479-4678 or at sarah.marbert@doe.virginia.gov
