Inspector Notes
An in person renewal study was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection. Most children present were resting during the inspection. The playground (shade), first aid supplies, emergency supplies, diapering procedures injury reports and emergency evacuation drills are all in compliance. Violations and corrective action plans were discussed with the Director. See Violation notice for non-compliances. The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the director for signatures. 1 of 3 records reviewed did not contain documentation of all required policies and procedures prior to working alone with children. Staff was observed alone with children during the renewal inspection. Orientation documentation does not include training on:
