An unannounced complaint investigation was begun today in response to an allegation of physical abuse being received in our office on 10/6/23.
The investigation was conducted jointly with local agencies.
Based on multiple staff interviews and available documentation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation.
The complaint is not valid.
