Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 1/21/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/20/25 relating to allegations of supervision, menu and quantity of snacks. The inspector reviewed no children's record and 3 staff records. This inspection included: document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
