Inspector Notes
A self report complaint was received in the licensing office on June 27, 2023 regarding a two-year-old injured on the indoor playground. On July 6, 2023 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
