Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:22 p m to 3:35 pm. There were 69children directly supervised by 15 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 6 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. No new medications on-site since the last inspection.
Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating snack. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
