Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 6/20/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of lack of supervision. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of lack of supervision, and the complaint is determined to be not valid. Please return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office within 5 business days, 8/9/2024.
