Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 1/7/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/30/2025 relating to allegations of child abuse and neglect. This inspection included: document review (emergency drill log), interviews, observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
