Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 3, 2023.There were twenty-five children present with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four children records and three staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure there was shelter in plcae drill practiced twice a year.

Evidence: The center documented one shelter place drill was completed in 2022. There was not documentaiton there was a 2nd shelter in place drill.
