A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted for staff records on September 21, 2023 concluded September 21 ,2023. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the Inspection determined violations applicable standards or law. Violations were issued.

Based on record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. Current certification in first aid appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Evidence: Staff #1 hire date 03/2023 did not have a certification in CPR and First Aid with in 90 days of hire.
Staff #2 CPR and First Aid expired 08/2023. Staff #2 does not have cureent CPR and First Aid.
