Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 5, 2023 from 4:25pm-5:05pm. At the time of entrance, 71 children were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records were reviewed. A record review was conducted prior to inspection. Children were observed during snack time, transitoning in the activities inside , in the gym and outside in the playground, and bathroom breaks. No violations were found .
