Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in person tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on October 25, 2022 and concluded on October 26, 2022. The inspection results were not sent to the provider until December 5, 2022 due to inspectors error. There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from 5 to10 years old, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
