Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program .

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/11/2022 and concluded on 01/11/2022. The person in charge was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the person in charge a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the licensee did not enusre there was documentation to demonstrate that the individual possesses the education, certification, and experience required by the job position.

Evidence: Documentation provided during the inspection for Staff #1 record did not demonstrate that the individual possess the education and certification require for a program director.
