Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 5, 2023 from 3:20pm-4:00pm. At the time of entrance, 20 children were in care with 2 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 4 children?s records were reviewed. A staff record review was conducted prior to inspection. Children were observed during snack time, sharing current events in the group and bathroom breaks.
