Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on November 13, 2025 and completed on November 17, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:03am and ended at 9:24 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children's records and 3 staff records electronically on November 14, 2025.
This inspection included document review; tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
