Inspector Notes

This initial inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

An initial inspection was initiated on 9/2/2021 and concluded on 9/2/2021. The school administrator was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children in care during the virtual inspection, thus those standards regarding the care and supervision of children were not reviewed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
