An unannounced inspection was initiated on 1/6/2025 and completed on 1/13/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/3/2025 relating to allegations of forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 7 staff record on-site on 1/8/2025. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
