Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on January 30, 2024 and concluded January 31, 2024 . There were 61 children present with 4 staff supervising on January 30, 2024. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. A record review was conducted on
January 31, 2024 at another location. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure the annual health and
saftey training was completed.

Evidence:
Staff #1 (hire date 9/27/2021) and Staff #4 (hire date 8/15/2022) did not complete 2023 updated health and safety course.
Plan of Correction: Staff were assigned training and it has since been completed certificates available for review.
