Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:45AM and ending at 12:42PM. There were 124 children, ages between 4 months through 5 years old, in the care of 19 direct care staff. The children were observed playing, being read books by staff, and engaging in circle time. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent health inspection was dated 6/28/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated 6/22/2022.
