Inspector Notes

An announced initial study was conducted with the director on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 11:00 am - 1:45 pm. There were 89 children in care being supervised by 14 staff members. The children were observed participating in circle time activities, structured center play, outdoor play, and preparing for lunch. Lunch served today is chicken nuggets, diced pears, chickpeas, and milk. The facility is equipped with age/stage appropriate supplies, equipment, and activities for the ages of children requested for licensure. Policies and procedures, medication, and background checks were reviewed and in compliance. Four children's records and four staff records were reviewed and in compliance.
