Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on July 22, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:00 pm and ended at 2:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 112 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed eight children?s records and seven staff records on-site.

Based on review of medication it was determined that not all procedures for medication regarding outdated medication were followed. Evidence: The emergency medication on site for child A had an expiration date of June 2024.
Plan of Correction: Administration will request new medication from the parents of child A.
