Inspector Notes

This initial inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 08/16/2021 from 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm. The facility and outdoor play area were virtually toured. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, emergency maps and procedures, first-aid kit, emergency supplies, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, the emergency plan, materials, equipment, surfacing, and manipulatives. A recommendation will be made for an initial six-month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 200 children and an age range of five years through twelve years. This will be an afterschool program during the school year and a full day summer program during the summer. There were no violations noted on during the inspection.
