Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 15, 2024, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 2:35 p.m. through 3:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 37 children with 3 staff supervising. Five children and three staff records were reviewed.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violation were found for this subsidy inspection.
