An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/20/2022 from 2:50 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.. There were 44 children present, ranging in ages from 5 to 12, with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
