Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 7/21/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of physical plant and care of children. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of physical plant and care of children and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
