Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/09/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 11/21/2024 relating to staffing and supervision. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 p.m. and ended at 1:40 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records on site. This inspection included document review (annual training, background checks, incident reports), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
