Inspector Notes

An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the Director on 5/9/23 from 9:30 - 10:15 am. There were 76 children present, ranging in age from two years to six years of age, supervised by 13 staff. The children were observed arriving at school and playing with age-appropriate toys in centers. Disclosure documents were reviewed along with four staff and four child records.
